Hawthorne Yellow

Hawthorne Yellow is one of my all-time favorite yellows. I’ve loved it since my early days in the design world! It is part of Benjamin Moore’s Historical Collection. I love BM’s description of their famous color. “This historical color is reflective of traditional architecture but also works beautifully in modern homes. The slight gray undertone makes it usable in any room.” It has an LRV of 73.04, which means it is a high-reflective value. It can be used in traditional as well as modern interiors. Hawthorne Yellow is fun yet sophisticated. It is warm without being loud. It is gorgeous with natural light but still feels sunny even without a lot of light which is often hard to find.
